1. Prices Subject to Change

All prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. While we make every effort to maintain current pricing, market conditions, seasonal demand, and operational costs may require adjustments.

2. Third-Party Listings

We advertise our courses across multiple platforms and directories. Pricing listed on third-party websites, search engines, advertisements, or partner platforms may not always reflect our most current rates. These listings may contain outdated or inaccurate information due to differences in update cycles, timing, or publication errors.

For the most accurate pricing, please always refer directly to our official website or contact us.

3. Quoted & Promotional Pricing

Any quotes provided to customers are only valid for the time period specified on the quote. Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing are subject to specific terms and conditions, and may be limited by time, location, or availability.

4. Errors & Omissions

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, Point Rescue CPR reserves the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price, even if the order has already been confirmed or payment has been processed.

5. Acceptance of Current Pricing

By booking or registering for a course with Point Rescue CPR, you acknowledge and agree that only the pricing provided directly by Point Rescue CPR (through our website, invoices, or direct communication) is valid and enforceable. Prices listed elsewhere will not be honored if they differ from our current official rates.

    2.    Authorized Guests

Only individuals who have been explicitly authorized by the instructor or training center may be present in the classroom. This includes observers, assistants, or facility staff as needed.

    3.    No Unregistered Attendees
